This was THE movie for awful villain/heroine ships! Sexual tension turns dangerous, and danger turns into sexual tension. I was extremely happy when he said “I may have to steal you!” You could follow up on that, with him taking Lisa away as a prisoner, or set things during the events of the movie (the airplane bathroom scene would make sense, or when he follows her home.) My DNW for this movie is dwelling on the fate of the politician and his family- even if this is a version where Jackson wins, I don’t need the details. Or maybe Lisa still saves them, but Jackson decides to keep her rather than kill her for it? Or could she make some kind of bargain where she offers herself to her infatuated foe in exchange for their or her father’s life? The story can end with either Jackson or Lisa winning, or ambiguously, I’m fine with whatever.

Further down the Cillian Murphy spiral! Crane and Rachel sniping at each other is already a delight- what if that went further? What if antagonism turned into a hate-crush? For an OC, Crane could have picked a woman he cared about or simply a woman who caught his attention, and then it would be time for him to terrify her out of her mind. Can fear toxin ever be used as an aphrodisiac, or to heighten the erotic danger the victim experiences? You can twist canon as you see fit, or try to fit the events into the plot of the movie (what else is Batman for if not heroic rescues?) It could be set during his abuses of the Arkham inmates before the film, the “This is where we make the medicine” scene, or the end where he’s terrorizing the streets with the League of Shadows) but I’m very happy to get a scenario of your devising as well!

I’ve only read the first book, but I was extremely intrigued by this villain who so closely resembled Claire’s lost love even as he was being incredibly cruel- but for better or for worse, it didn’t end up playing with that much. What if it had? What if Jack, already such a psychologically fucked-up man, found that his obsession with Jamie had now grown into an obsession with his wife as well? What if the way she acted so familiar towards him and yet also so afraid proved infuriatingly seductive? This can happen any time in the first book, in addition to or instead of what he does to Jamie, instead of or a continuation of his attack on her when she’s trying to reach the stones, etc. I don’t want him to just be going after her to upset or as a proxy for Jamie, but feel free to explore the psychological twistiness or all this. I just want to see this nasty man be nasty to our heroine!

God/Pelor bless the newest Ravenloft manual for giving us a whole chart to roll on to find out what Tatyana thinks of her supernatural stalker! If this is the original Tatyana, set upon by her husband’s brother at his castle while a massacre takes place downstairs, it would almost certainly be noncon; if it’s one of her reincarnations, it could be more dubious, though having a near-godly vampire intent on claiming you has to be terrifying under even the best of circumstances. And if she’s an adventurer (PC class and race of your choice!) then she may have already been planning to fight him when he decided she was his true love! As a note, while I’m big on Ravenloft throughout the editions and novels, I haven’t been following general 5E metaplot very closely; I’ll enjoy references but won’t be a stickler for lore.

Nobody ever needs to make another sexy Dracula movie again after this one, they’ll never top it! I watched Evie with the simultaneous thoughts “Get out of there!” and “Hell yeah, get it!” Can you make me feel both those things in a fic? In the period where she’s his captive bride, he could try very hard to persuade her that her new life will be an enjoyable one, and between the fear and any vampiric magic at work, Evie could find herself confused about what she wants, even though she opposes him. If you set it after the wedding, she could be playing nice in order to get his guard down and free the maids or destroy the castle. Either way, his seduction should be forceful and her response should be complex! (I'm fine with all the grossness of vampire society being snobby towards Evie in canon, but please don't go into race-based humiliation or anything.) Special bonus points for references to the novel Dracula (or even things like historical AUs or time travel if it lets Evie save or be saved by the original heroes!)
