I’m stunned at how hard it is to find maledom with Guy on AO3, given that he was everyone’s bad boy crush back in the day! Anyway, this scenario could make all that predatory back-and-forth with Marian finally go all the way, with a consummated forced marriage or just Guy pushing his affections on her. Marian is canonically attracted to him, so you can emphasize that for dubcon, but she's certainly not a pushover. Guy is probably not a sadist, but perhaps a little bit of brutality is what he needs for his purposes. Robin can be alluded to, forced to watch (which is fun but don’t have him victim-blame Marian!) or barely mentioned. I’m fine with Marian escaping or not at the end, and with Guy feeling guilty or fully justified.
